A Pigeons Haven

Through the film, I want the audience to have a different perception of pigeons, other than an animal living outside an apartment window.

Through exploring the community in Chickpet, I want people to realize that pigeons here are treated far differently and are cared for with love and affection.

The idea for a story is a pigeon living in the chickpea area getting injured, falling to the ground, and being helped by a local bird feeder. The pigeon is then taken to the hospital for treatment, after which it is released back into Chickpet

Kumaon Unveiled

The project is a transformative journey of an urban traveller who embodies the spirit of a bird soaring over the stunning landscapes of Kumaon in northern India. "Kumaon Unveiled" offers a unique, bird's-eye view of the protagonist experiences the breath-taking beauty of the Himalayan mountains, tranquil lakes, lush forests and the materiality that defines the Kumaon region. The urban traveller’s speculative flight from a zine made by a child from Kumaon beholds the regions rich cultural heritage, traditional music, dance, and customs. The bird's journey becomes a path of self-discovery and enlightenment, as it forms deep connections with the Himalayan land and its people. Through vivid animation and captivating storytelling, creates a harmonious coexistence of nature and culture, leaving audiences inspired to explore the world from new perspectives.

Sixth Sense

The film delves into the enigmatic sixth sense of a mother, illustrating how a seemingly simple, everyday act of finding something embodies profound care and attentiveness. Through the use of clay figures and stop motion animation, the film beautifully captures the hustle and bustle of the morning rush hour. It highlights the subtle yet significant ways in which a mother's intuition shape her family's daily life, transforming ordinary moments into heartfelt expressions of love and connection.

Metamorphosis

This animation illustrates the evolution of human consciousness and thought. It suggests that language shapes our worldview and thoughts. As our understanding grows, our minds become unbounded and free to explore and experience life in new ways, much like a jellyfish drifting through the ocean.

What a Camera Sees

A camera captures timeless images, freezing moments in life with each click. What does it see? In the act of capturing, the photographer paradoxically becomes part of the story, intertwining their perspective with the subject, blurring the lines between observer and observed.
